FP&P promise to never send you promotional correspondence unless you have agreed to receive it (you may unsubscribe from this service at any time by emailing us at contact@forplayandpleasure.com.au with a Subject line of “Remove”).
We will not forward or share any of your personal details to other companies or organizations.
No credit card details are stored following the clearance of your payment transfer.
FP&P operate its own departments so when you shop with us, you can be assured your details never leave our business. Our reputation and success depends on our customers’ satisfaction with how we handle their personal selections and information.

When you place and confirm an order with FP&P, your personal and credit card details are encrypted using a 128 bit SSL certificate. At no time do we transmit unencrypted personal information over the Internet.

Your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and your purchase will show For Play and Pleasure on your statement.
Delivery
We understand that our customers expect speedy and discrete shipping and we will always strive to satisfy this need.
Free Delivery Offer
With orders $150 or more (excluding normal P&H and after any discount offer/s), goods will be delivered within Australia at no charge. This offer still entails the same high level of privacy and discretion as all deliveries.
Stock Policy
If we display an item on our website it means that it is in our warehouse ready for Express shipping. We don’t allow items to be added to your shopping cart or backordered unless they are stocked. So once you have placed your online order you can be assured it will be picked and packaged ready for immediate delivery.
Returns
Given the nature of our products we unfortunately are unable to offer an exchange service on the majority of our stock lines. We ask that you chose carefully as we do not accept returns on products or movies that have been opened and that you simply do not like.
Any clothing items will be returned at the customer’s expense, complete with all packaging and tags in tact. |
